Bulk uploads of up to 50 papers at a time are supported using Excel spreadsheet templates (download here) or RIS-format bibliography files.
All submissions undergo review before inclusion in the database.
Duplicate submissions are acceptable — existing entries are checked automatically.
Excel Uploads
The spreadsheet template must include paper DOIs and titles. Optional fields include abstracts, submission notes, and additional submitter information.
RIS Uploads
RIS files exported from Zotero, EndNote, Web of Science, or similar citation managers may also be uploaded. If .ris uploads are blocked, rename the file extension to .txt before uploading.
